Molly is incredible!! I have confidence that my roommate and I would still be looking for a place to live if Molly hadn't helped us. She is knowledgeable about available properties and puts what you're looking for into words. She was very flexible about times to meet up and look at properties and was quite responsive to messages and inquiries. She would point out small unique details throughout properties and measure furniture sizes to better visualize yourself living there. When Molly first took us to the apartment we are living in now, she measured out the size of our beds on the bedroom floors making an outline. This actually saved us a lot of trouble later on because it showed us how deceiving room sizes could be without furniture in them and ultimately made my roommate and I switch rooms. Now we both have rooms that fit our different size beds with ample floor space left over; it would have been a huge bummer to figure this out after moving all of our belongings in.
